I’m a wife, a mom of three, a birth doula, and a lactation counselor passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and the early weeks of motherhood.
My own childbirth experiences are what first drew me into birth work. Walking through pregnancy and labor myself showed me how powerful preparation can be, and how much steady support matters in the moments that shape you as a mother.
Breastfeeding brought its own challenges, and that season deepened my heart for lactation support. I remember wishing I had someone knowledgeable and calm to guide me. That experience is what led me to pursue further education and clinical training in lactation care.
Today, I blend my personal experience with evidence-based education and hands-on support. I am currently completing my clinical hours to sit for the IBCLC exam, continuing to expand my ability to serve mothers with confidence and clarity.
My calling is to help women feel informed, steady, and supported in their bodies from labor through breastfeeding and beyond.
I believe God designed women’s bodies with wisdom and intention, and it is an honor to walk alongside mothers as they step into this sacred season.
When I’m not working with families I love to read, hang with my family, and go to the beach!
