As I complete the required clinical hours to sit for the International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) exam, I am offering pay-what-you-can lactation support to make care accessible while continuing to deepen my clinical experience. This is up to an hour of support and can be virtual or in person!
Whether you’re navigating:
• Pregnancy - wanting to prepare
• Painful latch
• Low milk supply
• Pumping
• Slow weight gain
• Early postpartum overwhelm
You deserve evidence-based compassionate guidance. A suggested contribution of $40 helps support my continuing education & training but no mother will be turned away for inability to pay.
Single follow up appointments up to 30 min - $40 or 1 hour - $70
• 2–3 Prenatal Meetings
We will meet during pregnancy to prepare your mind and body for birth. These sessions include individualized childbirth education, physiology-based labor preparation, comfort measures, partner guidance, and space to process any fears or previous birth experiences.
• On-Call Support
I am on call for your birth beginning two weeks prior to your estimated due date and continuing until two weeks after. During this time, I am available 24/7 and ready to join you when labor begins.
• Continuous Labor Support
In-person support throughout active labor and birth offering emotional steadiness, physical comfort techniques, advocacy, and guidance grounded in physiology.
• One Postpartum Visit
A nurturing home visit after baby arrives to process your birth, assess early feeding, and support your transition into the early weeks of motherhood. A nourishing meal is included!
Summer Birth Support - $1500
This 4-week course prepares you not just for labor but for the first weeks of motherhood. Each session is designed to give you practical tools, evidence-based knowledge, and confidence in your body’s design.
You’ll learn:
• How labor works and what supports (or stalls) progress
• Comfort measures and partner techniques for active labor
• How to navigate common interventions with confidence
• When something is normal — and when to ask questions
• What to expect in the first hours and days after birth
• How to establish a deep latch and protect milk supply
• How to enter postpartum feeling prepared, not panicked
By the end, you’ll understand not just what happens during birth but how to move through it feeling informed, steady, and supported.
